Opportunities

We're building for the long term.

Av8r Capital Group is actively looking for the people, places and opportunities that can help us grow the next chapter of our aviation businesses. That may mean an aviation company looking for a successor, a larger manufacturing facility, an airport looking for an anchor tenant, a community trying to attract aviation jobs, or an airport owner thinking about what comes next.

01 — Facilities

We need room to grow.

Our businesses are evaluating expansion, additional facilities, relocation opportunities and aviation-oriented properties. None of the characteristics below is a hard requirement; unusual opportunities are welcome.

What we look for in a place

  • Airport access — strongly preferred
  • Taxiway or runway access — a major plus
  • Hangar space
  • Manufacturing or industrial space
  • Room for aircraft assembly
  • Expansion potential
  • Developable airport property
  • Practical utility access
  • Reasonable freight access
  • An available workforce
  • A community that wants aviation manufacturing

Today our aircraft operations are centered on Jerry Tyler Memorial Airport in Niles, Michigan. What we do there — kit production, parts, assembly, fulfillment, builder support — is the work we need room for.

02 — Airport ownership

A long-term home for aviation businesses.

We are interested in acquiring an airport or aviation property that could become a long-term home for our businesses — a place where manufacturing, flying, builder support and an aviation community can grow together.

Opportunities that interest us

  • Public-use, privately owned airports
  • Private airports
  • Airparks
  • Underutilized aviation properties
  • Airports with hangar capacity
  • Airports with developable land
  • Aviation properties with room to expand

03 — Airport owners and hangar space

Own an airport? Have space to fill?

If you own an airport, manage an aviation property, have hangar or industrial space available, or are looking for an aviation business to become a long-term tenant or partner, we want to hear from you.

Hangars with room to build airplanes, a ramp to roll them out on, and an owner who would like to see the place busy.

What a good fit looks like
04 — Cities, counties & economic development

Bring aviation manufacturing to your community.

We are open to conversations with airports, municipalities, counties, economic-development organizations, chambers, developers and property owners that want to attract aviation manufacturing, skilled jobs and long-term airport activity.

Communities with

  • Airport property
  • Hangars
  • Industrial space
  • Development land
  • Aviation incentives
  • Workforce programs
  • Expansion opportunities

This is an invitation to talk. It is not a relocation announcement and we do not promise a number of jobs; what we can promise is a straight conversation with the people who run the businesses.

  1. 01

    Introduce the place

Airport, property or district; what exists today and what could be developed.

  2. 02

Tell us what you are trying to attract

Manufacturing, jobs, airport activity, a tenant for empty hangars, an aviation community.

  3. 03

We will tell you honestly whether it fits

Our businesses are small, hands-on and growing. A good match is one where both sides gain.

05 — Tell us about the opportunity

A place, a property, a community, a plan.

Choose the category that fits and tell us what you have. We read every message, and the people who reply are the people who would be moving in.
